Student Behavior Standards
At Camp4Real, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience for all campers. To ensure a positive and inclusive environment, we have established the following behavior standards. We kindly ask all campers and their parents to read and adhere to these guidelines:

1. Respect for Others:
Treat fellow campers, staff, and volunteers with kindness and consideration.
Use appropriate language and gestures, avoiding any form of bullying, teasing, or discrimination.
Listen and follow instructions from camp staff promptly and respectfully.

2. Safety First:
Follow all safety rules and guidelines provided by camp staff.
Use equipment and facilities properly and responsibly.
Report any unsafe behavior, conditions, or situations to a staff member immediately.

3. Inclusion and Cooperation:
Embrace the diversity of our camp community and be inclusive of all campers.
Work collaboratively with others in activities and group settings.
Resolve conflicts peacefully and seek assistance from camp staff when needed.

4. Personal Responsibility:
Take responsibility for personal belongings and keep the camp environment clean.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship and fair play during games and competitions.

5. Positive Attitude:
Approach camp activities with a positive and open-minded attitude.
Encourage and support fellow campers in their endeavors.
Engage in activities with enthusiasm and a willingness to try new things.

Ramifications for Violating Behavior Standards:
Violations of the behavior standards may result in consequences, ranging from verbal warnings and time-outs to suspension from specific activities or expulsion from the camp. The severity of the consequence will be determined by camp staff based on the nature and frequency of the behavior.

Parental Involvement:
We encourage parents to discuss these behavior standards with their children before camp begins. If a camper is struggling to meet these expectations, we will work closely with parents to address and resolve any issues.

By adhering to these behavior standards, we can ensure that every camper has a positive and enjoyable experience at Camp4Real.

Thank you for your cooperation!
