Cancellation Insurance

We understand that sometimes plans change, due to scheduling issues or unforeseen illness. To provide peace of mind should a future cancellation be necessary, we are offering parents the option to add on Camp4Real Cancellation Insurance – a non-refundable $25 per per day per child OR $50 per child per full week (five days) of camp.

Please note that a refund will only be approved if you notify us by 11:59pm on Dec. 13. Refund request should be sent to [email protected]

In the event of an emergency we will first call the parent listed above if we cannot reach the parent then we will call the emergency contact.

Terms

Yes -- I accept and assume such risks and responsibility and hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Camp4Real, LLC in the event of losses and/or damages following any such injury disability, paralysis or death, however caused and whether caused in whole or in part by negligence of the Camp4Real staff.

Camp4Real LLC retains the right to use photographs or videos of participants taken at any Camp4Real event for publicity and advertising purposes unless specifically requested by the registering guardian above. In order to opt-out of the photo policy please indicate so in the allergies / accommodations section.

We now have an option for parents to donate to the Camp4Real Scholarship Fund to allow families in our community without the financial means to send their child to Camp4Real events and activities throughout the year.
