All Camp4Real staff are required to complete a background check before working around our campers.
All Camp4Real staff roles involve face time with campers and it’s important that we all share a similar enthusiasm and love for kids!
Many of our campers have food allergies and their ability to enjoy safe, healthy meals and snacks is critical.
If you do not, we will supply you with a card
i.e. loading/unloading purchased camp food items
Shopping is broken into two trips each camp week to limit the number of items requiring storage at one time

We value supporting working parents and are pleased to offer our staff who are parents the opportunity to enroll their children (rising 1st-7th grade) in Camp4Real summer camp during weeks worked, contingent upon signing a commitment to work at least three camp weeks in the 2024 summer camp season.
